1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the DESA Mail platform ("Service"), provided by Desa Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

DESA Mail maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited bulk email (spam). You explicitly agree to use our email marketing, custom webmail, and API services exclusively for legitimate opt-in recipients. You must never:

  • Send emails to purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party email lists.
  • Transmit deceptive headers, misleading subject lines, or forged sender domains.
  • Distribute malicious links, phishing attempts, malware, or unlawful content.
  • Harvest email addresses without verifiable affirmative consent.

Failure to maintain low bounce rates (<5%) and low complaint rates (<0.1%) may lead to immediate sending suspension to safeguard cluster reputation.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete organization details during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, API keys, and workspace accounts, and for all activities that occur thereunder.

4. Subscription, Billing & Invoicing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on recurring periodic cycles (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually) via PhonePe / Razorpay. Invoices are issued inclusive of applicable 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST) with valid GSTIN credit where provided.

5. Postal MTA & Sending Infrastructure

DESA Mail utilizes dedicated Postal MTA nodes, pre-warmed dedicated IP pools, and upstream internet transit networks. All users must maintain verified DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) on their registered sending domains.

6. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account Billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the conclusion of the paid term. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Anti-Spam or Acceptable Use policies without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Desa Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
